1. Who we are

This policy explains how AV Global Express ("AV Global Express", "we") processes personal data collected through the website avglobal.com.br, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018).

2. Data we collect

  • Quote form: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, optional message and information about the operation and cargo (origin, destination, goods, dimensions, weights and values).
  • Contact form: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), subject and message.
  • Technical data: IP address, used temporarily and in memory only to prevent abuse (rate limiting), and standard server logs kept by our hosting provider.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The quote form saves your progress in your browser's session storage so you don't lose what you typed; this data stays on your device and is deleted when you close the tab. If enabled, the Cloudflare Turnstile security check may use technical data strictly to tell people from bots.

4. Purposes and legal bases

  • Responding to quote requests and preparing proposals — preliminary procedures related to a contract, at the data subject's request (LGPD art. 7, V).
  • Responding to messages sent through the contact form — consent (art. 7, I) and legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Website security and fraud/spam prevention — legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers strictly necessary to operate the website — hosting (Railway), email delivery and, if enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile — and, when needed to prepare your proposal, by carriers and partners involved in the operation you requested. Some of these providers may process data outside Brazil, subject to the safeguards of LGPD art. 33.

6. Retention

We keep data for as long as necessary to handle your request and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, portability, information on sharing and withdrawal of consent. To exercise your rights, contact us by email at diretoria@avglobal.com.br.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, server-side validation and anti-abuse protections. Credentials and integration keys are never exposed in the browser.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page.
